May the 4th Be With You Challenge
Duration: 2 Months- End date July 4th
Mind, Body, Soul
Mind Challenge:
Study or read 1 chapter of literature 4 times a week.
Body Challenge :
Eliminate 4 known food bad habits (simple carbs, processed foods, sugar, alcohol)
Exercise 4 times a week doing 4 or more miles for cardio
4 sets of 4 different body parts or exercises for your strength training
Soul Challenge:
No lies, no deception, no greed, no anger
May the 4th Be with you all !!!
