I am in a bit of a valley today after too much stress at work. I haven’t been taking care of my health and just a few days later I just want to do nothing.
So I turned to this forum for strength!

    Moving your body can really help with the stress! Yoga, hiking, whatever you enjoy, just get started!

    Sometimes, when I've dropped the ball a bit, I just do one small thing-- like take a short walk-- to get me going again.
