Been tracking my activity and food for only 5 days. I have been just under on my calories but not getting the calcium or the protein marks. I love cheese but it has loads of fat. Other suggestions for calcium/protein ?

    Have you tried greek yogurt or reduced fat milk or even regular yogurt! I like lite and fit yogurt by Dannon has many flavors
