Hi everyone. I just want to say I want to be encouraged knowing that I can do this again. I used to have a healthy routine and I was on the losing track but I don't know when I got off. I lost 30 from my highest and bounced back on my heaviest weight this year. I need to get myself back to that healthy lifestyle. Only thing is that I work 13hr a day and I don't have money or time to be gymming. Anyone else in the same boat? I want to know how to workout at home and eat in a deficit despite being an emotional eating person.
