Postpartum weight loss

Hi everyone! I'm Vanessa and I gave birth February 16th. I'm currently trying to get at a healthy weight range for my height. Been working very hard with healthy eating and exercise. Exercise and meal tips would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there! 11w pp here — my LO was born 2 days after yours. I gained almost twice what I should have, due to complications. 23 down so far, 37 to go. I do a vegan, mostly whole-food diet. Can’t do much in the way of cardio due to a heart issue, but I love to walk. I’ve never been overweight before, so I can’t wait to get rid of this extra load. I’m interested in exercise tips, too, especially low-impact cardio.0
