Hey,
Looking into buying a kettlebell, but I have no idea what weight to go for 8kg or a 10kg? Feel free to share your kettlebell tips/experiences/exercises Thanks x

8K is a great start. I’ve never had much use for a 10K. If you wanted to get a set I’d suggest an 8K, 12K, and a 16K.
I don’t know what your specific goals are, but to start out with Kettlebell training, I would recommend Simple and Sinister by Pavel (book) and Iron Core Kettlebell by Sara Lurie (video). From both of these sources, you will learn good form and will get a really solid start.

I’d really caution you to stay away from the YouTube workout videos. Many of them teach improper technique and will lead you to do things that could result in injury.2 -
What do you want to do with it? How strong are you now? I use a wide range of weights depending on the exercise.1
