Ready for a change. Was on low-carb a couple of years ago and loved the results of the new habit and working out. Got married and gained happy weight. Lol. Now I'm ready to lose the weight again to be more healthy and feel like my old self again. I'm also ready to become a mother and losing weight will make that possible.

Unless there is a medical reason, you don't need to go low carb. For most people its not a sustainable lifestyle. Just eat the calories that MyFitnessPal gives you, eat back some of the exercise calories and you should be good. Good luck!0
