What would this fall under?

Just a random question here.

I know there's an option for carrying 15lb ( or an infant ) for walking, but what would you use for different weights?

As an example. I just did a 20 min walk carrying about 50lb of groceries ( 2 of those being 24 pack bottled water ) and wondering what I should use to calculate it?

I've generally just been adding an extra 5 min and using the "2.5 walking speed" option, ( so as an example I'd just put down 25 min for today ) but I'm pretty sure I burned more than that.

Not a huge deal either way, I can just not log the exercise and use it as a buffer.

Cheers

Its not exercise as this type of activity is included in the MFP activity level.

Generally speaking, activity level should account for anything you do during your day that isn't an intentional workout. That isn't to say that it doesn't count as exercise, just that it's not really worth trying to track a lot of these things individually. Pick something other than sedentary (if you're walking to get your groceries you're most likely not sedentary), track your loss/gains for 4-6 weeks, and adjust as necessary. Good luck!
