activity level help
Hi I am confused as to if I should change my activity level.
I am a house wife. I have lost 69 pounds so far and have 40 to lose, at the moment I am at 180. Just over 3 weeks ago I started going for doing between 70 too 90 minutes walking a day and using map my walk to see I am burning over 400 calories a day. I also have use an iPhone to count my steps and I am getting between 10000 to 13000 steps a day. The problem is I have stopped losing weight since I started doing this.
At the moment my activity level is set to not very active, I want to keep this up to get my 10000 or more steps a day and wonder if I need to change my activity level?
