Hi - being new to the fitbit, I have sync'd with mfp but unsure how to log a zumba class. Should I leave it to the fitbit to calculate or should I log this as an activity on mfp and let fitnit make the adjustment? help please

I think it's a personal preference as to how you log it. I use a hrm and log Zumba because of the intensity. I don't think you have to though Fitbit is usually close to the calories burned on the few times I've checked it against the hrm0

I leave everything except swimming, surfing etc (and cycling if I did it) to the fitbit. It's what it's for.0
