Need Help

Need Help!! Started Syntroid and have gained over 20lbs in 3 months. Don't want to do diet pills (as doctor suggested ) any help out there to help me eat clean and lose weight the healthy way.. Thanks

Maybe if you stop thinking about eating clean, and instead inform yourself on how weight is regulated, it will get easier. Or just set up your account to weightloss, weigh everything you eat (and drink that has calories), and hit your calorie target.

@janicelo1971 - Thank You. I saved that article - I take 0.75mcg of Levothyroxine.
