Hi,
I'm doing that- last month I started running again to get the body moving and as of this month I'm working with a nutritionist and personal trainer (2 times a week and lone training 3 times) I have a live in nanny so it makes it easy to leave the house to workout. For start my nutritionist upped my calorie intake to 2200 (1700 metabolic rate for my current weight of 104kg plus 500 for breastfeeding) she swears with the calorie I burn exercising that I will lose weight. I'm going to do it and see. Feel free to add me.2 -
