How to stay motivated

This is my third time going back to the gym after 1 month of not going i thought i had it and then i just stopped and it seemed easy not to keep going. What are somethings that keep you guys motivated?

I workout at home.
So, it is unavoidable.
If I have to: find clothes, put them on, grab my gallon jug of cold water, grab keys, start car, drive, fight traffic, get to gym, enter gym, wait or be aggressive to get the equipment I want? It's not going to work.
Take the path of least resistance.

I've been having the motivation to go out on my walks lately. Eventually I look outside and see that it's sunny and then get my *kitten* moving1

To tell the truth you’re not always going to feel motivated to get up and hit the gym you have to get into the routine of finding gym classes that make you fiend for more1

I am a recovering couch potato, last kid picked in gym. I have managed to workout everyday since December. I think what’s helped me is NOT pushing myself. I started out working out as little as possible but every day. For example 45 second plank one day. 3 x 3 push ups the next day. Very very easy stuff. But I did not let myself skip any days. I would add a little everyday I went from working out 1 minute every day when I started to 5 minutes every day after a month to 15 minutes after two months, etc. now I workout about 20-60 minutes a day.
I think the “give 110%” mentality has steered me wrong! I used to push myself too hard before I was ready. I’d end up hating the workout and that would train my brain to dislike working out. So next time I wouldn’t want to work out. Now I look forward to my workouts because I’m approaching them differently. I’m able to push myself a little more everyday.1
