I am interested in learning about the Keto Diet and was wondering what the best way to get more information....Is there an app, or is there a really good book that explains it in full with food options?

Thanks

Check out that group. Apparently, there is a good start up thread on it. But essentially, carbs should be between 20 to 50g, protein around 1.5 - 2.2g/kg of weight, and the rest fats. Also, you should still try to get 20 to 30g of fiber for GI health and 3000 to 5000mg of sodium for balancing electrolytes.

And if you want, slowly transition into the diet as opposed to going straight keto. Also, recognize that this diet may or may not work for you depending if you are satiated by fats and able to control calories.
