I'm getting back on track starting today and could use some support and positivity on this journey. I welcome any great ideas to stay motivated and keep active!!

    So I've decided to prep and start on Sunday! Starting my meal planning now and following Keto diet. I need to lose about 50 lbs.

    I'm also just getting back into the swing of things..trying to find something that will stick this time.

    staying motivated...is hard...I use small goals and reward myself
    staying active...I follow Katie Bowman...she has a blog in which she talks a lot about body mechanics, and movement. One of the simplest ways to increase your activity is to walk. It does not have to be aimless walking...walk to the store, walk to get coffee with a friend etc, or if you don't live close to anything..drive part way park and walk the rest.
