Had outstanding success on this a few years back. Got the most out of it when I was actively communicating, being held accountable, and having some laughs. My plan is simple: Keep carbs under 100g a day and ride the bike 100 miles a week.
Nothing planned past that. Need to get some momentum to get this train moving and take it from there.
