Saw it was on over the weekend and thought: This is a movie that tries to teach you to be comfortable with who you are on the inside, that outside appearances aren't the 'real you' and people should accept you for who you are..... all the while making fun of someone for being short!!!!

Everybody says it's what inside that counts, and in perfect world that'd be true, but face it ... People sometimes take one look at you and go, yeah no and that sucks. But some people are dicks.

PS, I've never watched Shrek ...

Yeah, but inside he's a total tool. He is being judged on that, not his height (which is only funny because of all the ways he tries to compensate for his own short----comings (haha! I just had to)

The lesson is to make sure you smash with the lights off so you won't know if you're having sex with someone that's turned into an ogre.

Don't you think an ogre would have a distinct smell though?

You want to get me started on smells during sex? :#

Ya know, in the first Indiana Jones, you could completely remove him and the whole adventure of trying to get the Ark and the Nazis would still be roasted by God's Wraith and Indy could have just hung around out of sight and then grabbed it when everyone was dead.

    Just saying.

I finally figured out a response to this argument. The movie was never intended to be about what happens to the Ark. It is about what happens to Indiana Jones and is similar to an old 1940's action film.

    Your argument is invalid.

You've thought about this, haven't you?

Totally off the intended topic, but every time I see this thread title, I read it as “fundamental flaw with steak” at first glance and think it is definitely not the place for me.

Bwahahaha. Glad I’m not the only one that noticed this as well.
