Most awkward photo I've ever taken. I also forgot I had a 15 second timer set on my phone's camera... so I had to try to hold that for 15 seconds. Christ, I'm outta shape.

8 years of football in school -> military -> construction worker defined my calves. Being overweight kept them as such. My legs are the only part of my body still in shape.
