Nice girl looking to change my habits

I so desperately want to get into shape and get my life back on track. I have changed the way I eat as well as vegan to get more active but I have not seen any progress with weight lost lately. I guess I’ve hit that plateau meanwhile the pounds are just melting off my husband. What can I do to get toned and tight?

    If your in a caloric deficit you will lose weight. Track your food here measure it. Meet and track your macros. That's very important for a number of reasons. Also you do weights?? To get toned your rep range should be in the 12-20 range. That burns the fat n builds tone muscle. But diet plays a major role in that as well...
