Hi there, I joined my fitness pal to track what I eat and when i eat.... I do crossfit 4 times a week, so quite intense, also walk a lot with dogs. Trying to loose some belly fat and take thermo, cla and some diet powders plus food (proteins) etc. I am 12 stones now and 175cm tall, but ideally would like to get down to 10stones although, when gaining muscle weight not necessary loosing weight, but how do i know what weight i should be and loosing fat vs getting lean? any advice?

That was all a bit confusing to me, but I'll just throw this out there:

If you want to lose body fat, you'll need to be in a calorie deficit (eat fewer calories than you burn).

If you're already close to what you're wanting, then look into the body recomposition threads for information on bulking/cutting.

The weight you'll feel/look best at is something you'll discover along the way, not something random strangers could pick for you.

Sorry can't really decipher your goals at all.
Do you want to be 10st or 12st?
Which equates to do you want to lose weight or do you want to gain muscle while staying the same weight?

10st seems very light to me (I'm the same height), I felt dreadfully skinny and weak at my lowest adult weight of 11st2lbs. I picked my current weight (12st) based on strength, fitness, exercise performance and what I saw in the mirror.

Would question why you think you need all those supplements including the mysterious "diet powders".
