I'm reintroducing myself because I've finally decided to take my health seriously. I've been extremely lucky with my health so far, but at my weight and age I know I might not get another chance to do this without lifelong consequences.
It's going to be a long road, and I would love to have others going through similar changes so we can hold ourselves accountable
