I am excited about finally taking my health seriously and joining you all on this wonderful journey. I am doing a bit of intermittent fasting and entering the foods I eat onto Myfitnesspal. I am getting some results, not as fast as I want though
. I do awesome while in the office, but when I get home sometimes my healthy eating falls apart. I will try to eat less carbs and see if that helps
