from too much work, moving into a new place and not eating like I have been. Not eating too much necessarily but from 5 meals to 2 or 3. Still drinking my water but know I am getting off-track. I don't feel the hours they are having me work are going to work for me and it scares me. 1pm to 9:30. I can't sleep in past 5:30 ish and I am so tired by 3 or 4 pm. I eat a good breakfast at about 8-9 but then I am not hungry at noon so I usually just grab a quick nibble of whatever I am going to have for dinner. Then water, dinner at 5 at work. yesterday I missed all my snacks(carrots, black cherries, cheese stick)because they threw everything out of the fridge on Monday nights. I didn't know about that. I'll do better today but my energy is way down. I haven't started walking because I am afraid I will be even more tired. Input and support welcome, lol!! I am forgetting about exercise actually "giving" you more energy but I can't afford to lose this job. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah, somebody call the Waaaaaaaaaaambulance, LOL!(quote from "The Kid" with Bruce Willis) Very appropriate though, LOL, denise PS Help:sad: :noway:

if I keep doing well at work they may want to keep me bad enough to give me earlier hours, yes. Also, I was just thinking about trying to nap, good idea. Thanks for the help darlin, denise

If the problem is just waking up at 5:30 despite setting your alarm for later, you probably will eventually be able to train yourself to the new schedule. Your body gets into a rhythm and it's not quick to change. My wife worked midnights most of her career and, as a result, has been a night owl most of her adult life. Now that she's no longer working, she has slowly been able to turn her clock around and be able to sleep when I sleep and get up when I get up.

Just keep making the small adjustments (TRYING to sleep later, bringing snacks to work) and eventually your body will get used to the adjustment and not be so fatigued. :) I also like the nap idea!
