Very discouraged!!! Have been don't good slow steady weight loss. For some reason in the past week I've gained back 2.4 pounds. I haven't increased eating. I've been staying around 1000-1200 calories, some days I'm too busy to even get that much in, drinking a gallon plus water, working out 30 plus minutes 6 days a week and getting in well over 13,000 steps a day. I'm also cut out carbs and sugar, just eating fruits, lots of veges lean meat and eggs, occasionally some light cheese but usually just a light string cheese stick a day. Any ideas what I need to do to jump start the weight loss again?
