Hi Everyone, my name is Bea and I just started using this app this week. I would like to cut down on my red wine consumption as it is a slippery slope (as several of you have mentioned) and I have put on weight in my stomach area - I love my wine but not those effects! I am aiming to start by not drinking at all during the week as my « glass a day » has easily led to two! If I am in a social situation on a weeknight I will make sure to limit my consumption (socializing during the week doesn’t happen much anyway). This is my start. Not much, but I am hoping it will help.
