Hi. Please can you tell me what the ‘V’ or ‘tick’ is after some of the foods?
Also, what are the abbreviations on some of the foods?

    Hi. I think it means it is a verified value, rather than added by another member

    It is a verified food, but they are still added by other users. The difference is that it has received so many confirmations that the nutrition information is correct that MFP has chosen to verify it, even if it’s wrong.
