Nothing changed

I don't want to whine and seem demotivated, but my body doesn't respond to the workouts and healthy eating. I mean I go to gym 5-6 days a week which I enjoy so much, and don't feel exhausted or something like that, I do cycling 3-4 days a week and I truly try to stick to healthy eating, of course I have cheat days, but I keep it reasonable of course and always never exceed my calories limit... I was told many times that if you're torturing yourself with strict diets and lots of workouts you'll never loose weight, but I enjoy everything I do and the only part of me that is changing is my butt, somehow it went bigger... But belly won't go away which makes me feel demotivated. Does anyone know how to overcome that frustration...and is it normal that after 4 month I'm still the same
