Weird vein question

I've now reached the point of weight loss and muscle build that I'm getting visible veins in my arms. Kinda cool, but there is a bit of a weird thing going on as it happens. It seems like one of the veins pops out at once, and when it does it hurts. It feels almost like what it feels like after I got a blood sample taken or donated blood.
Anyone else have something like this happen?

Do you have blood pressure problems? Usually visible vein popping as far as exercise related is a vascularity thing.. like a "pump." This could be an issue if you drink a lot of caffeine / use preworkouts / heart issues0

Well I was borderline on BP before, but now I'm good since I've lost weight and am working out.
I wasn't specific enough: I had no visible veins before I lost weight. Now I've got them. When they go from not visible to visible, it's almost like the "pop" out in a short period of time. When they do that, they hurt for a while. After a day or so they no longer bug me.0 -
You could be just positioning yourself where one of you arms is getting constricted somehow. It may be something to get blood work done on like sodium levels etc.0
