Breakfast

I have to grab and go in the morning, and usually have like 5min to grab breakfast before I leave the house. So I make a breakfast sandwich, which I eat in the car on the way to work.
2 pieces of toast, slice of ham, slice of cheese and an egg, cooked omelette-style in a microwave omelette maker I have.
I like the balance of protein and carbs, and even though I eat at breakfast 7am, it keeps me satisfied until lunchtime (12:30pm).0 -

Your OP wasn't saying that at all....
But here's some suggestions anyway -
Protein shake with milk and chuck a load of granola or muesli in there and you have made breakfast in seconds and chugged it down in a couple of minutes. (It's my breakfast of choice before a long cycle ride.)
Porridge takes a few minutes in the microwave.
Omelettes or scrambled eggs take longer for the washing up than the prep.1
