I am less likely to get heart disease/develop type 2 diabetes

I have lost 50 pounds! But aside from that, my NSV just today was finding this out - my belly fat used to be hard, and now it is soft and squishy lol but this is good! I am less likely to get heart disease/develop type 2 diabetes. And to me that is such an accomplishment. Happy Friday!
