Doing well this week to keep on track and lose chemo pounds! Eating healthy and exercising is key! If you feel pain - pain isn't necessarily a good thing, so listen to your body and only do what your body is capable of doing.

    Sending encouragement! I'm a 17+ year survivor of stage III breast cancer. Regular vigorous activity is a great way for us to continue to improve our health and thrive post-cancer.
