I’ve currently been reverse dieting I’m now cutting at 1525 cals p 110 carb cycle 130-140 70-80 strength training x3 week x1 hitt .... also one day feed 1825 cals .... any advice on where am going wrong

Are you not losing weight? How long has it been?
Is your average total intake the right one for you? How did you calculate it?
Are you weighing your food with a food scale? Even the refeed?0 -
