Hi Everyone,
I have not used My Fitness Pal for almost 2 years. I get an email today starting my “automatic yearly subscription renewal” has been charged to my PayPal. I never gave permission. I haven’t used My Fitness Pal for 2 years. I’m trying to find a contact to call and try to get refunded. Anyone have a resolution?
Thanks

Does the automatic renewal also include a 40% Off UA code?

From "My Home" go into "Premium". There, you should see a "Subscription Settings" or similarly named button. Click on that and at the bottom is a button for auto-renewal. If it is enabled, then you should turn it off. You should be able to delete the paymet option as well. At least it gives me the option to delete.

This is all via the website, not the app. So, you might have different methods based upon whether it is iOS or Android app.

Are you sure this was actually from Myfitnesspal? I ask because there was a data breach not that long ago, and this could be a type of fishing. Check with your credit card company directly and get the charge reversed, and use the suggestions above to make sure it was Myfitnesspal. Oh, and change your password.
