This is perfect for when you crave something sweet and rich but don't want to wreck your macros!

Nutrition Info (serving size: 1 protein bite (1 oz):
149 calories
9 g of fat
4 g carbs
14 g protein

Ingredients:
1 cup cashew butter
2/3 cup low carb protein powder (I use Allmax Isoflex Chocolate)
1/3 cup Splenda (or other no calorie sweetener)
Coconut oil (usually 3 -4 tbsp)

Directions:
In a food processor or blender, whiz the sweetener around until powdered. In a mixer bowl, add cashew butter, protein powder and powdered sweetener and mix to combine. Add coconut oil 1 tbsp at a time until the mixture comes together enough that it can be molded into balls.

Scoop 1 oz of dough and roll into ball. Place on waxed paper and refrigerate until firm. Store in refrigerator. Makes approx one dozen 1 oz balls

Note: if you're not big on sweets, you can lower the amount of sweetener or omit it entirely. Just make sure the dry ingredients equals the amount of cashew butter you use.
