This is the week I'm finally seeing some progress. I'm now down 3 sizes, I fit into a pair of jeans I've had for years and never wore more than once before, I bought a new swimsuit that was a size smaller than I thought I was and it fits perfectly and looks great and someone I see fairly regularly told me I looked great and asked how much weight I've lost.

Oh yeah, and I'm 4 lbs from reaching my first goal, to be below 200 for the first time since 1986.

Yes, I'm bragging. What do you have to brag about?

    No joke. I just got an etransfer. I mean I was owed it so its not spontaneous, but thats pretty funny considering im just sitting down doing nothing.
