Hi--I'm 71 and am still carrying baby fat. Baby is 34. I have been losing very very slowly from a high of 287.2 down to today 247.4. I was introduced to MyFitnessPal in a diabetes class a few years ago, but lapsed. Now am back and have been posting every day. It is working. I am swimming for an hour 2-3 days a week and do 3 hatha yoga classes, so am good on exercise. But I would really like to not be morbidly obese anymore. My goal is to get down to merely overweight, which is about 90 pounds from now. I'm doing well keeping to my 1500 daily calorie goal set by my doctor, am usually a bit under but as a vegetarian, have trouble eating enough protein and am always several grams over on sugar. Ideas?
