I am in my second month of an exercise routine. The most active I’ve been in years. It mentally feels great but I’ve been very tired lately. Is this my body adapting?

    Are you giving your body enough rest time?

    Pushing too hard forward is not always ideal, especially for me personally: I started going to the gym a lot 4-5 times per week, pushing for those fast rewards, but all I got in return after a month was disappointment at slow progress and exhaustion (mental and physical)

    Are you eating enough to support your activity? Taking rest days? Not progressing too quickly?
