How to Stabilize/Maintain Weight Properly

Hi! I've finally reached my goal weight, and I would like for it to stay that way. Can anyone give me tips or generally how to go about how to make my weight stabilize? How should I eat, what are the calories, I'm aiming for, what to do with my exercise plane, etc. , anything that has helped you stabilize your weight or you think can help weight maintenance I'm open to it. Thanks in advance!

  • Slowly add the calories back at about 200 cals a day for a week and weigh, then keep repeating till you reach the right amount that doesn't make you gain or lose :) You may gain a couple of pounds to start with but that's mostly just water and having extra food weighing in your tummy from eating more x

    The hardest thing is not going crazy once a final goal is met and maintaining for life :)
