So I have managed to lose two stone in two months!! Currently weight 14 stone 8 lbs! I am really really proud of myself and how far I've come but the only thing is I don't look any different! I can't see any physically changes and nobody else has noticed or commented on my weight loss! I have been measuring as well as using the scales and apparently I have lost 3 inches off my belly! I just really thought I would see more improvements at this stage.. how long did it take you all to notice a physical chance

I’ve been at it for 8 weeks, a little over 20lbs down. I’ll let you know once I see a difference in the mirror.

I've lost 26 pounds, I've lost a couple inches off my belly, I don't look any different, my jeans are looser, that is the only way I "see" a difference.
The only person who has commented on my lose is a coworker who every other day asks how much I've lost even if I haven't lost anything in weeks....

I've been taking progress pics every month since January only just started noticing a difference from the first one to the one at the end of April and I've only lost 1stone 4 since then

Thanks for your replies, it's a little disheartening as I imagine I would look a lot different after 2 stone loss. Taking progress pics is a good idea actually as I see myself every day so hard to notice tha changes! I will deffo start that

I’m sure there is a difference it’s just harder to see when it’s in yourself. And as for people mentioning it, I dunno what to say about that. All I can say is when I see a friend who has lost weight I tend not to say anything unless I knew before hand that they wanted to do!

2 stone is a massive achievement and you should be proud of yourself wether you see it or not, you know it’s working so you know your going in the right direction. Keep up the awesome work!

That's 28lbs yeah? I'm impressed. You never really notice yourself losing weight anyway, i wouldn't fret about it
