Restarting after getting medical problems under control

I was diagnosed with Ehler-Danlos syndrome after being beyond exhausted for close to a year and after 4 months of physical therapy and an okay from my doctor I'm ready to start losing weight again!
Looking for friends who don't mind i'm basically restarting from scratch. After all we're here for each other!
