Over a relatively short space of time I lost around 10 kilos of weight, from about 95kilos to 85kilos. I am a 19 year old male. I dont have easy access to scales (as odd as it sounds) so I dont often get to weigh myself. Thing is I feel Ive become fatter again recently after a holiday, which included a lot of drinking and extra meals.
The method I used to lose weight was a high protein, low calorie diet and a lot of exercise. If I try this method again will it work? I've heard that your metabolism drops after a diet. (Which I know are only for short term and dont beat long term healthy diets). Also If it does work how will I counter the effects of a dropped metabolism when I waant to stop losing weight?
