I don’t drink alcohol often but how detrimental is it to weight loss to have a glass of red wine or a beer? I’ve started having one with lunch recently.

Like any food or drink: accurately log it and consistently be at your calorie goal.

If it fits your calorie goal and you are still consuming a nutritionally adequate diet then it shouldn't affect your results.

Yeah. I have a very healthy diet otherwise and I’m still under my calorie goal for the day with the wine so good to hear!

as long as you are within your calorie goals, it wont hurt.

the summer i lost the largest amount of weight, i spent drunk on my neighbors deck every Friday and saturday LMAO

i really wouldnt recommend that, however.

Thanks for all the comments. Lol. But true. Everything in moderation. It’s okay to have a cookie or piece of cake or a glass of wine as long as you’re sticking to a healthy diet most of the time. One has to enjoy life.
