How can I find out my meal macros? I’m new to this app,this morning I made an egg white omelette with mushrooms and spinach,HELP PLEASE

    Yeah, if you pick accurate entries from the database, all that info will be included. Then just go to the “nutrition” section (at the bottom of your diary on the app) and it’ll all be in there. You can also get a pie chart in the same screen (just hit “macros” at the top of the nutrition screen)
