A quiet beach HIIT Power Walk with five 30x5 sets of Wallies and 3x7 min Planks. Now just watching the sun set on birthday no. 58.
Thank You, Lord, for giving me another year, and thanks to all of you for making this day a good one.
For all of you who asked for an update...
Week before last's Heart Attack made my fifth one, and once again, The Good Lord pulled me through, even if it was a close call. The docs say this attack, pretty much, fished of my Left Ventricle, so I'm now officially on the Cedar Sinai Transplant list. They have me on a portable pump to keep my heart going, and my main Cardiologist; once again, told me that it just doesn't make since. He said this one should have been the final proverbial nail, but I keep on going like that bunny on television. I told him (AGAIN!) that I'm running on faith. I'll admit, the very idea of being split open, having my very heart removed, and praying the magnificent gift of an unknown hero will give me new life, has me a bit shaken. So, I pray for my faith to remain strong, for God to calm my fears and to please give me the grace, will and strength to continue. All that being said, I vow to keep fighting and urge all who are facing struggles to NEVER give up. LIFE IS TOO BEE-AUTIFUL and every day is a GIFT, so dance and celebrate every minute of every day, and ALWAYS remember what I say...
Stay 'Healthy' My Friends!!!.❤️

Despite the circumstances, you are in great spirits. It is amazing what the human body can endure. I hope they find a donor for you soon. Stay in the fight and keep powering through!2

An unknown hero saved a friend of mine quite recently with the gift of a liver; she is now living a full life for both of them. You have shown such resilience I am sure you will find 'the grace, will and strength' to persevere with the same positive attitude. Thoughts and prayers with you x0
