If you already feel it's going to be hard, it will be, and you're not likely to stick to it for long - and sticking to it for long is mandatory. Just eat a little less - MFP tells you how much, when you enter a weekly weightloss goal of no more than 1% of your bodyweight - but you can eat what you like.1
