If you like check Dr. Eric Berg on YouTube. He is amazing Dr and advices he has also for health in general are a blessing. I learned so much from him.
He uses Keto himself with his whole family.

And my good buddy Julius Minor who is amazing in Keto! He can walk with you through everything and you will see good results.

    Dr. Berg is a quack who has run afoul of the Medical Board in his state in the past for his woo. He was censured and fined for his sleazy practices. He's nothing more than a chiropractor peddling snake oil and practicing far outside his qualifications.
