For those of you that have Fitbits have you found that your calorie allowance for MFP and Fitbit don’t match up when connected? I am set to sedentary on MFP and to lose at a rate of 0.5 a week on both MFP and Fitbit. But MFP has me at about a 140 calorie higher allowance than when I bring up my Fitbit app and look at that. Shouldn’t the numbers be the same if they are connected? And which one is correct? I am leaning more towards my Fitbit because it’s more calorie-burn-specific and MFP seems to me to be more generalized. Is this right?
