Eating badly when anxious

I have big life transformation coming up in 2 days. I’m so nervous and anxious that i couldn’t stick to my plan. Ugh how do you guys stick to plan when anxious?

    I have the same thing looming in 6 weeks and again in 9 weeks. I have diet coke on hand, coffee and skim milk. I force myself to walk so that I get out of my head and into my body. I try and stick to one task at a time. good luck!

    i go for walks, play with the dogs, i've heard journalling, active mediation, crafting etc

    I can start spiraling into a binge when anxious too, suddenly one bite of chocolate turns into 10 empty wrappers in my bin. Like PP, walking helps. I try to remind myself I'm not hungry, and those candies can't actually cure the anxiety so I do eveything I can to remove them from my reach. Also I drink tons of water. I find that I just need something to do with my hands to help reduce the anxiety, sometiems it's holding a water bottle, sometimes it's fidgiting with a stress ball. A quick trip up and down the stairs of my office helps too.
