Two Weeks post Heart Attack, Still Ticking

Two weeks ago, I had heart attack number 5, and am now on the Heart Transplant list as this attack was the final insult to my Left Ventricle. SO, I have to get accustomed to less aggressive training. Lifting less weight and Power Walks...no running. This means an increase in Volume. Lifting less weight for more reps and sets, and in lieu of short runs, I'll now take long fast placed HIIT walks. As for these walks, they are ALL according to HIIT Training, involving squats, lunges, etc. My daily goal is to exceed 10,000 step walks. As of today, I've built up to 7,500+. Tomorrow will be an HIIT Hike from my condo, 2.4 miles down the hill, to our gorgeous beach, then an HIIT Power Walk, Wailies and Plank Time along the Beach Wall,

Wow - I don't even know what to say except stay inspirational. Aside from a comfortable and healthy body, good food, fresh air and a comfortable home are all we need right?
Where are you? Florida?0
