Hey!

I’m not sure what to set my activity level to. I walk on average 1/1:30hrs per day just getting two and from work. I work in childcare with 3-5 years olds so spent a lot of my day running around or at least on my feet. However, in the evening I often will do very little unless I exercise purposely like weight lifting which I do every few days or walking my dog which takes about 30 mins. I’m confused because it says being a teacher is lightly active but I feel like I never sit down until about 4/5pm!

start with light active, log the purposeful exercise and eat at least a portion of those back. increase cals if you lose faster than expected after 4-6 weeks

    I would choose lightly active.

With walking to and from work not logged separately as an exercise you're at least, if not well above, active

A 1.5 hour walk almost by itself generates close to 9k steps and would get you to fulfill the caloric requirement associated with a level of active.
